Data storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of faster reservation of a pitch, Camping Waldenstein stores the IP data of the connection owner within the framework of cookies, as well as the name, address and e-mail of the customer.

In addition, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract:

• First name and surname
• Address (street, house number, postcode, town)
• Telephone number
• E-mail

The data you provide is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties. After cancellation of the reservation process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).

The data you provide in the handwritten registration in the guest sheet will be kept in paper form as a copy.

Providing paid services

For providing paid services we ask for additional data e.g. payment details to accept your booking. We keep this data until the expiry of the retention period under  tax law is reached.

igumbi Online booking tool

On our website you can book a pitch at Camping Waldenstein. This booking tool is provided by igumbi e.U., Erdbergstraße 10/47, 1030 Wien, Austria ("igumbi"). The personal data provided by you (name, title, address, phone number, e-mail address, payment details) are necessary for accepting a correct booking. Without these data we cannot close a contract with you. A data transfer to a third party - except the transfer of the credit card details to the involved bank/payment service provider for transferring the price - is not done. Only our tax accountant can see the details for our correct tax obligations. 

In case of a booking (contract is closed) all data will be kept until the legal expiry period (7 years) is reached.

SSL encryption

In order to protect the data during the data transfer, we use the current encryption method (SSL, TLS) via HTTPS.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
